Full Time (32-40 hours per week, Non-Exempt/Hourly)

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

Based out of our Hyattsville location (WH)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance & Delivery Associate to join our team. This role involves ensuring the delivery, upkeep, cleanliness, and functionality of plants and greenery across various locations. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and able to troubleshoot and address maintenance issues efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine client on-site plant maintenance, including watering, pruning, and pest management
• Replace and reposition plants as needed to maintain visual and environmental quality
• Monitor plant health and report or address any issues such as pests, disease, or environmental stress
• Transport and install new plants, pots, and other greenery-related materials
• Keep work areas clean and organized, disposing of plant debris properly
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients about plant needs and maintenance schedules
• Ensure all tools and materials are stocked and properly maintained

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in plant care, landscaping, or general maintenance preferred
• Ability to lift and transport plants, soil, and other materials, up to 50lbs
• Ability to climb ladders up to 20ft to maintain hanging plants/plant walls. 
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow care instructions
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Valid drivers license and must meet Rewild’s driving eligibility requirements
