Delivery FAQ


Do you ship plants?
We do not ship any plants right now, maybe we will in the future but all plants bought are either PICKED UP in store or DELIVERED.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver anywhere within a 4 mile radius of our store in Shaw.  If you are not sure you are within that territory or just outside of it, please send an email and we will work with you to get you your plant.

What is your return policy?

All our plants are meticulous inspected prior to delivery or pick up. If you are not satisfied at the time of pick up or delivery please tell us and we will work with you to get a plant to your
satisfaction. That being said we DO NOT ACCEPT plant material for refund. As we are focused on providing exceptional plant material we cannot take plants back.

Do I have to be home for delivery?

Yes, it is important you are home to accept plant material and to make sure you are happy with your purchase from us (we appreciate you). If you are not home at a scheduled delivery there will be an additional delivery charge of $40 for an extra delivery.

What is In Home Potting?

If you choose this option, we will bring all supplies and materials to re pot your new plant into either a planter you provide, or one you purchase from us.   Please give us 30min-1hr to complete this for you.

How do I set a delivery time frame?


We try to be flexible with delivery and are happy to accommodate your schedule. Please leave your delivery preference in the comments when you check out. We will then confirm delivery date and time via email. 

You are welcome to change your delivery time up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.  

Can I pick up my purchase any time?


Yes, you can pick up your purchase at the store anytime during store hours. If you do not pick up your purchase within 2 weeks of purchase you will be charged a $20 stocking fee.


Can someone else pick up my purchase for me?

Absolutely, just have them show our cashier your e-mailed receipt!
