Do you ship plants?
We do not ship any plants right now, maybe we will in the future but all plants bought are either PICKED UP in store or DELIVERED.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver anywhere within a 4 mile radius of our store in Shaw. When you try to check out, you will be asked to put in your zip code, and the system will notify you if you are in our delivery range.
What is your return policy?
All our plants are meticulous inspected prior to delivery or pick up. If you are not satisfied at the time of pick up or delivery please tell us and we will work with you to get a plant to your satisfaction. We do not accept already potted plants for refund.
Do I have to be home for delivery?
Yes, it is important you are home to accept plant material and to make sure you are happy with your purchase from us (we appreciate you). If you are not home at a scheduled delivery there will be an additional delivery charge of $40 for an extra delivery.
Will you pot my plant?
absolutely! If you purchase a plant and a corresponding pot in your order, we will pot it! If you already have an existing plant or pot, then please note that in your order and we will be happy to help
How do I set a delivery time frame?
We require that all deliveries be scheduled within 2 weeks of your purchase. We deliver Tuesday-Thursday between 12pm-4pm. We will send you a text in the morning to try to give you a better window on when you can expect your order and then let you know when we are on our way!
You are welcome to change your delivery time up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Can I pick up my purchase any time?
Yes, you can pick up your purchase at the store anytime during store hours. If you do not pick up your purchase within 1 week of purchase you will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
Can someone else pick up my purchase for me?
Absolutely, just have them show our cashier your e-mailed receipt!
