We have two stores one in Ballston Quarter and one in Shaw. When placing an online order BOTH items must be in stock at the location you are planning on picking up or being delivered from. If you are interested in items that are available at separate locations you have two options! Option 1 is to make two separate orders online and then email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to consolidate the orders at one location for you! Option 2 email us at email@example.com with your requested order and we can send you an invoice and schedule delivery with you via email! We know this process is a bit confusing and we are trying our best to improve it. We are always always always super responsive to emails so please reach out with any and all questions!
Do you ship plants?
We do not ship any plants right now, maybe we will in the future but all plants bought are either PICKED UP in store or DELIVERED.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver within 4 miles of our Shaw location, and anywhere inside the Beltway on the VA side from our Ballston store
What is your return policy?
We offer a 3 day return on unpotted plants and a 90 day guarantee on all of our plants. If your plant gets sick within 90 days of purchase, we will happily replace or give you store credit to pick out something that may better suit you!
Do I have to be home for delivery?
Yes, it is important you are home to accept plant material and to make sure you are happy with your purchase from us (we appreciate you). If you are not home at a scheduled delivery there will be an additional delivery charge of $15.99 for an extra delivery.
Will you pot my plant?
absolutely! If you purchase a plant and a corresponding pot in your order, we will pot it! If you already have an existing plant or pot, then please note that in your order and we will be happy to help
How do I set a delivery time frame?
We require that all deliveries be scheduled within 2 weeks of your purchase. We deliver Monday-Friday between 12pm-4pm. We will send you a text in the morning to try to give you a better window on when you can expect your order and then let you know when we are on our way!
You are welcome to change your delivery time up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Can I pick up my purchase any time?
Yes, you can pick up your purchase at the store anytime during store hours. If you do not pick up your purchase within 1 week of purchase you will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
Can someone else pick up my purchase for me?
Absolutely, just have them show our cashier your e-mailed receipt!
