Alocasia are known for delicate leaves with interesting patterns. This rare Chantrieri looks almost like a red version of the popular alocasia polly. A wonderful plant that is always losing a leaf and gaining a leaf. A welcome addition to any collector's plant family!
Climate - Native to tropical regions of Australia and Asia
Soil - Well-draining potting soil with peat moss, wait until it becomes potbound to repot
Humidity - Likes increased humidity, use pebble tray or light misting
Temperature - Typical indoor temperature acceptable, prefers temperatures above 60 degrees
Fertilizer - Fertilize every 2 weeks during growing season with ½ concentration houseplant fertilizer
